Anesthesia Coverage Needs:Shift Details: 7a-5p
Schedule: Mon - Fri

Site Details:
Muncie, IN - Level 3 Trauma Center
- Patients per day: 4-6 PPD depending on department they are in
- Patient Population/Age: Adult medicine/ Medicare eligible patients
- Department Description: Inpatient/outpatient responsibilities including: endoscopy, ERCP, GYN/OB , ENT, plastics, urology, ortho, trauma, NORA, general
 EMR: Cerner
Practice Setting: Hospital ED is a Trauma 3
Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days.

Qualifications:
- License Required: Hospital will license
- Certifications Required: Must have graduated from Master- level anesthesia program accredited by the council on accreditation of nurse anesthesia educational programs
